Welcome to BeRootiful. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you purchase our natural skincare products via our website www.berootiful.co.uk Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. Orders

  • By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate.

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse an order at our discretion.

2. Prices & Payment

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable).

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure payment providers.

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We endevour to send your purchases as soon as possible and will aim to ship within 5 working days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once delivered.

4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds (UK Consumer Rights)

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund, provided items are unopened, unused, and in resaleable condition.

  • Due to the personal nature of skincare, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless faulty.

  • If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days at info@berootiful.co.uk

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

5. Product Information & Allergies

  • We use natural ingredients, but reactions can vary. It is your responsibility to check ingredients (these can be found on the relevant page for each product on www.berootiful.co.uk) and conduct a patch test before use.

  • We are not liable for allergic reactions or misuse of products. If in doubt, consult a healthcare professional.
